All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Returns/exchanges sent after this time will not be honored. Merchandise must be unworn, in its original condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Please allow approximately 7 business days for the processing of your return/exchange from the date we receive your package. *See exceptions below. Refunds to your credit card may take between 3-5 business days to appear on your credit record as your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they receive the information from us.

Please note we do not accept returns on jewelry or special order items. You will be issued store credit for these purchases. icandifashions.com does not refund shipping charges.

Sale items can be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. You will be issued a store credit coupon code to use on your next purchase. Please note this policy does not apply to regular priced merchandise ordered with a discount code.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If you receive a damaged or mis-shipped item, you must notify us within 3 DAYS of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective products at our discretion.
